Student camps

Student camps are one of the mechanisms used by public authorities to stimulate student performance and social inclusion of disadvantaged groups in academia. These camps are awarded each year to both students with the best academic results or outstanding results in extracurricular activities, as well as students from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds who need additional support measures to ensure equity in higher education.

A percentage of 15% from student camps should be allocated to students who fall into disadvantaged categories.

Every year, National Alliance of Student Organizations in Romania (ANOSR) expressed his vision on how to organize and implement these camps, after consulting with member student organizations, contributing constructively to reflect the needs and interests of students, so that the camps achieve their true purpose for which they were created.
